AdRes is looking for a candidate to join its team as a Junior Analyst.

The candidate will play a supporting role in the development, management and execution of analyses assigned by the Project Manager.

Specifically, the job description of the position includes:

  • Literature review and search for the necessary inputs to conduct pharmaco-economic analyses
  • Budget impact and cost-effectiveness analyses
  • Statistical analyses
  • Reporting

The selected candidate will report hierarchically to the Scientific Director and internally to the Technical Area Manager.

National and international travel and participation in conferences are also planned.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Statistics/Biostatistics/Mathematics/Economic Sciences/Data Science/Engineering
  • Good knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel)
  • Knowledge of R software
  • Recent graduate or experience of less than 1 year
  • Written and spoken English

Strong analytical skills, team orientation and autonomy complete the profile.

The candidate will be involved in the process of developing and conducting pharmaco-economic studies to help pharmaceutical companies communicate the value of their products.

Activities:

  • Adaptation and self-development of pharmaco-economic models
  • Statistical analyses
  • Drafting of technical reports and scientific articles in Italian and English
  • Customer relationship management

National and international travel and participation in conferences are also foreseen.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Statistics/Biostatistics/Mathematics/Economic Sciences/Data
  • Science/Engineering/Pharmacy/CTF/Health Economics
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the role
  • Written and spoken English

Preferred requirements

  • Knowledge of R software
  • Epidemiology
  • Bayesian Statistics
